Crudo means raw. The identity runs on that tension: crude material versus geometric precision.
By fusing organic, tactile textures with rigorous, clean-cut layouts and structural typography, the brand bridges the gap between the primal and the contemporary. It embraces imperfections and natural irregularities while anchoring them through a disciplined, architectural grid, creating a visual language that feels both deeply grounded and forward-looking.

The palette comes from raw material: basalt, ash, bone, glass, sand, lichen. Six textures that ground the brand in something tactile, then run through a sharp, geometric system so it reads modern instead of rustic.

The system had to work off-screen too. On packaging, on merch, on stickers you actually want to peel off. That's where Crudo's tension plays out: raw, analog material against a forward-looking, geometric structure, with the human hand still visible in the finish. Discordia Italic carries the raw edge, Clash Grotesk keeps it disciplined.
